For the 18 inch wheel size of your 2014 Audi Q5 265/60-18 we have several chains that will fit which I attached a link to on this page that shows them all but I would recommend the Konig Easy Fit part # TH04115247 if you wanted the absolute best as these install in seconds, last a really long time, and also provide excellent traction.
But if you were thinking of something more value orientated the Titan chains part # TC2319 are the best option as they still install pretty easily, provide great traction, and are priced great.
