Will the Tire cover fit on the front where the rims are reversed? I have a 2013 sprinter with 215/85R16 tires.

Yeah the Adco Ultra Tyre Gard RV Wheel Covers - Single Axle - 30" to 32" - Vinyl - White - Qty 2 # 290-3952 will fit over The front wheels of your 2013 Sprinter.
The rims being reversed are common place on dual rear wheel vehicles and that will not change the type of tire cover you need.
