The manufacturer does not list weight capacities for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63259, but it is rated for use with the 3" Reese Super Titan hitch so it would match or exceed the hitch's 25,000 GTW and 4,000 TW capacities. The tensile strength of hitch pins is usually well above that of the hitch so you're more likely to shred the hitch before the pin will break.
