I am looking at this kit to replace plastic female snaps on a skirting for rv, I believe that these would work, how does one measure these for correct size diameter thanks.

If you're referring to measuring for a skirt, you'll want to measure the front open area of your 5th wheel along each side and across the front. You will also, need to measure how it is from the ground to the underside of the open area.
If you're referring to the size of # EX2128 that # EX7028-2016 attaches to, it is 5/8" from lip to lip, and 3/4" inner edge to edge.
