According to the stats I found on your 2015 Dodge Dart, it is only rated to tow up to 1,000 pounds. We do have a utility trailer that weighs only 305 pounds. That is the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer - 6' Long # K2MMT4X6. We also have the heavier/larger Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer - 7-1/2' Long # K2MMT5X7 (451 pounds). However, given these two trailers, I recommend the # K2MMT4X6 because the tailgate can be used as a ramp and it weighs less.

If you need wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56179.

As far as a hitch, I recommend the Curt # C11281. However, it is important that you can only use 1,000 pounds of the hitch because that is the tow rating of your Dart. As with all hitches, I recommend consulting with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure you are following all weight guidelines outlined.

If you need a ball mount to use with the Detail K2 trailers, I recommend the Brophy Ball Mount - 7" Rise, 8" Drop - 15-1/4" Long - Aluminum # EA80. Since the Draw-Tite installs only 7-1/2 inches from the ground to the lower edge of the receiver, you need to have extra rise to accommodate the 16-inch height of the trailer's coupler.
