Is Thule 564005 FastRide Roof Bike Rack Compatible with 12mm Thru Axles Out of the Box

Can you confirm if the Thule FastRide rack will support 12mm thru axle as is? Your website says that it is supported with all included pieces. However, the Thule website says this unit requires a separate adapter kit.

Out of the box, the Thule 564005 FastRide bike rack which we offer as part # TH95JV isn't compatible with thru-axles unless the # TH58BV adapter is used. The adapters will work for 9,12 or 15mm thru-axles.
Our product description was incorrect, and we're in the process of correcting it.
