The least visible hitch for your 2022 BMW X1 is going to be the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # SH55VR. This hitch has a fully removable receiver tube and ball mount for a totally hidden design that offers a clean, from-the-factory look. The crossmember of this hitch will be completely hidden by the bumper. It has a simple bolt-on installation and integrated lock to protect the attachments from theft.
Note: The receiver tube attachment is only for hauling hitch mounted accessories and is not compatible with towing. If you plan on towing you'll have to use the ball mount, which has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500lbs. This hitch is going to come with a trailer wiring harness as well so you won't have to purchase one separately.
