Do you guys have a ladder rack that fits my 2022 Toyota Tacoma 5 foot bed that could fit with a tonneau?

Yes, we have the Adarac Pro Series Ladder Rack part # A66ZR as a confirmed fit for your 2022 Toyota Tacoma with a 5 foot bed and since it installs through the top of the bed rails and not wrapping around them which is where tonneau covers attach.
For a tonneau that would work well and fits your truck we also have the BAK Revolver X2 part # BAK39426 which is a hard roll up style cover.
