What Yakima roof rack system do you recommend for my 2022 Toyota Tacoma and shell?

You will be able to put Yakima tracks on your shell. The rack will consist of the following:
Yakima 42" Tracks for Roof Racks, part # Y01126
Yakima CoreBar Crossbars, part # Y00421,
SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars, part # Y53TR,
Landing Pad 1 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers, part # Y00221,
Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4), part # Y07204.
The crossbars have a weight limit of 220 lbs, but check your shell owner's manual to find out its weight limit. Your racks maximum weight limit will be the lower of the two values.
If you're also wanting to add crossbars to the cab of your Tacoma I recommend the Yakima JetStream system that consists of # Y00425 for the 50" bars, # Y28TR for the BaseLine Towers, and both # Y06145 and # Y06128 for the front and rear Fit Kits.
