Question:

Which are the trunk bike racks that will fit my 1997 mustang cobra with a spoiler. Someone said almost all Tulles will but before I order I would like a list of the ones that will fit. I have been looking on lots of websites for a few hours but want to make sure which one will work.

I have included a link to the trunk mount bike racks that should fit your 1997 Ford Mustang Cobra. If the Cobra has the same spoiler as the GT then the racks in the link will fit. The best option and what I am sure will fit use the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top rack, # HRF2. It comes with an extra arm that will reach above the spoiler so the top straps will not touch the spoiler.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # HRBA-PRO. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all.
