What hitch pin and hitch do I need in order to use the Thule EasyFold xt with my 2021 Chevy silverado 1500? It currently doesn't have a hitch installed

Since the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 can either use a 1-1/4" hitch or a 2-inch hitch, I recommend going with a 2-inch hitch for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. For this route, a great choice is the Curt Hitch - 2" # C13393. The Curt hitch comes with a gloss coat over the base powder coat with provides superior protection against rust and corrosion. Also, the hitch is assembled here in the U.S.A., so you can be confident with the quality you are receiving. Another benefit is that the Curt hitch installs really close to your bumper. There is only about 2-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pinhole to the face of your bumper. With this measurement, you will easily be able to fit the EasyFold XT without any clearance issues.

As far as a hitch pin, the great thing about the EasyFold XT is that it already comes with one! The EasyFold's SnugTite slides right into your hitch receiver for a secure fit during transport.
