Question:
Hi, the tack room door bottom hinge broke on our Sundowner Valuelite trailer. Will this part replace it? If so, do I need to drill the rivets in the body? Strap Hinge - 5-1/2 Long x 3-1/4 Wide - Stainless Steel Item # PLR104SS Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Strap Hinge part # PLR104SS is a universal trailer door hinge. The best way to determine replacement is based on length which for this model is 5-1/2" long. The hinges can be riveted or screwed on. If your old one has rivets they will need to be drilled out to remove them. The new one then can be attached with screws for an easier install or a rivet gun if you have one.
Please note, we don't have any info on the door hinge on your trailer currently so measuring is best to determine compatibility.
