I put a fan on my 2013 Ford Transit Connect which leaves 39” to spare from the fan to the end of the vehicle. Is there a roof cargo system that will fit? The fan is cente

Due to the limited space your only option would be to install some crossbars and use a thinner cargo box like the Yakima DeepSpace 10 Rooftop Cargo Box - 10 cuft - Black # Y65RR to the right of the vent. To know what crossbar feet would fit the track you have on there I would need to know the brand/model or the dimensions of the C-Channel.
The # Y65RR mounting points are 13" apart from the front to the back of the box so you wouldn't need that large of a space to install this since you could have the cargo box shift more towards the end of the crossbars away from the vent.
