According to the online owner's manual for your 2018 Audi Q5 you will need to install the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2317 on the rear wheels. We actually have an install video of this chain on a 2018 Q5 that I'm linking for you to check out. It is always a good idea to double check in your copy of the owner's manual to make sure you follow any guidelines highlighted in it.
