Could Pace Edwards JackRabbit Tonneau Allow Install of Truck Bed Accessories

Cant see why this system will not work with a top of bed, carrier rack or roll/light bar

The Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # PE54FR that you referenced does install between the truck bed rails and gives quite a bit of access to the stake pockets of them so it would fit some accessories that mount to the truck bed as long as they attach to the stake pockets or top of bed rail and do not wrap around the inside of the bed rail.
