Question:

looking for a quiet roof top air conditioner for a 7x16 enclosed trailer. We will use a generator to run it. Also, do these units come with an air and heat option?

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner - 13,500 Btu - White # ACM135 you were looking at has a decibel level of approximately 77 decibels, which would be close to the sound a washer would make. The Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White # FR52PR is going to be a bit quieter. If you want a heat option, the Advent has a heat strip packaged together with it # ACM135CH and the Furrion has a heat strip sold separately # FR35SR.

I have attached a review video that compares the Advent, Furrion, and Atwood units with the Furrion being the overall best out of the three. Because of this I recommend installing the Furrion # FR52PR and the Heat Strip # FR35SR. Since you're installing it in an enclosed trailer you'll need to reinforce the roof the withstand the weight of the condenser unit and to get it within the 3-1/2" to 6" roof thickness requirement. This can be seen in the attached video below where David walks through the installation of this unit in an enclosed trailer.
