The Reese # RP34FR Sidewinder would indeed be the correct replacement for your existing Lippert 1621 OEM pin box.
It will replace the following OEM pin boxes:
• Fabex 663 and 665
• Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD
• M&M 663 and 665
• Lippert 1716, 1116, and 0115 (spacer kit required - sold separately)
