For the 225/40/18 tires you are going to need a set of the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - CB12 - Size 097 item # TH01221097. These are sold as a pair so you will only need one set.
For the 205/45/17 tires you are going to need a set of the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - K-Summit - Size K22 item # TH02230K22. These are sold as a pair as well.
