However, the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel # 57-2015 is a confirmed fit for your F150.
The Hardware kits for the Grille Guards are specific to the Guard itself and the vehicle. So the Replacement Mounting Brackets and Hardware for Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-378PK will only work with the Westin HDX Grille Guard and not another guard.
