Question:
Since the battery has to be disconnected on the Encore GX while being towed what purposed does this serve, as it has to be wired into the fuse box? Thanks

For vehicles like your 2021 Buick Encore GX that have to have the battery disconnected to flat tow you would power the Roadmaster stoplight switch part # RM62FR from the battery directly. In the attached instructions it shows that you can use either as a power source and in your situation you'd need to use the battery directly.
