I confirmed with my contact at Westin that you will not need to uninstall your tow hooks on your 2019 Ford F-250 to install the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3900. However, when you install the HDX, you will be limited in the location of available tow hook space. This is because the mounting brackets will take up space on the outer sides of the tow hooks. I went ahead and attached a diagram of the what the mounting bracket will look like when it is installed near your tow hooks. I pointed to the tow hook with a red arrow.
Also, it is important to note that you will have to remove the plastic pieces around the tow hooks in order to attach the brackets. I also attached a photo of this process.
