In order to have both a gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch I recommend the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5W Hitch # BWGNRK1019-5W. This custom kit will allow you to install a 5th wheel hitch in your truck and doubles as a gooseneck hitch.

Once the # BWGNRK1019-5W is installed you will be able to use the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W. This hitch has a built in slider so you can turn safely at slow speeds and will attach to your underbed mounting kit. Since this is a rail free design, you will have full access to your truck bed when the hitch is not in place. This uses a cam-action latching handle which makes it simple to release on unlevel terrain and helps prevent binding. All B&W products are made in the USA.

If you need wiring, I recommend the Curt # C56070. This plugs in line with the 7-way at the back of your truck and provides you with a 7-way connection for your 5th wheel/gooseneck in your truck bed.
