what size do i use i have a lifted truck

When considering what height of an adjustable ball mount you need on your lifted truck, it really depends on two factors: the height of your lift and the height of your trailer's coupler.
When towing a trailer, you want to get the tow as level as possible. The way to measure your height needs is to measure from the ground to the coupler of your trailer. Then, you need to measure the ground to your hitch receiver opening. This will give you the height you need for installing (and also factors in the lifted height of your truck).
Once you get those two heights, you will now know what rise/drop you need on your truck. Also, you will need to make sure that you have a compatible shank on the adjustable ball mount. If you have a Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13361 installed on your 2021 Ram 2500, for example, you will need a ball mount that is compatible with the 2-inch hitch opening like the Flash E Series Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w Chrome Balls - 2" Hitch - 4" Drop, 5" Rise # FA42-00-2400.
I went ahead and linked a product page of all of the adjustable ball mounts we carry.
