Yes, the Dexter Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs item # HAP-105-205-01 will work with Universal Group 6-Leaf Slipper Spring item # e39SR. These slipper springs are 29-1/2" Long. You will want to ensure the distance between the front and center hangers is 32-2/5", the distance between the u-bolts on your axles is 38", the distance between center and rear hangers is 32-9/10", and the distance between the center of the axle and your trailer's frame is 4 7/8".
