Heyo, What type lug nuts do these take? Acorn or Ball? Thank Ya!

The trailer wheel part # AM32575 that you referenced is designed to be used with acorn lug nuts and not ball style. The part # KALN1375S would work great as this is the correct size, taper, and since it's a solid stainless steel lug nut you wouldn't have to worry about them swelling.
