Will the Firestone Air Bags for a 2014 Ford F-350 Work with a 60 Gallon Tank

Question:

I have a 2014 F350 short bed 4WD that has an aftermarket 60 gallon tank installed. Do you have any manufacturers info that might suggest these bags wont work with aftermarket tanks? Thanks

I have attached for you below a photo from the installation instructions of the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2597 which is a fit for a 2014 Ford F-350. In this photo, you can see exactly how the brackets attach to the frame. The kit is designed to be used with a factory tanks so if you have an aftermarket one you will need to make the call if the air bags are compatible based on the photos.

If you can send photos and provide more info on which exact tank you have I may be able to offer more guidance but in the end it will be up to the user to determine compatibility with aftermarket components.
