The only Pullrite Super Glide 5th wheel hitch that would work with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16444-204 is the Pullrite ISR series which is the 2700 or 2900 models.
For your Pullrite, you will need to get the rails from Pullrite if you do not have a 2700 or 2900 series hitch. If you do have this hitch, then the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16444-204 will work fine.
