Question:
What are the numbers to order a new hitch locking wheel assy . I assume it comes with the long all thread that adjusts the locking wedge

The only way for you to get the new hitch lock wheel assembly is with replacing the entire 2" Lower Assembly # TH37MY. This is the only way the parts that you are needing are available for the Thule XT Bike Rack.
