I Cannot Get My Cradle Straps Attached To My Bike Rack What Can I Do

Question:
CCM 3 bike trunk mount carrier the cradle strap holes are to small to secure. Am I missing something here? Lol

No you are not missing anything. The Replacement Rubber Strap for Thule T2 Bike Carrier Cradles, part # 753-3535, that come on trunk bike racks and hitch bike racks are just VERY tight. You really have to yank them to get them in order to get them around the knobs on those racks. Especially when they are new and they have not been stretched at all. I have a bike rack that I use with rubber straps and I am always surprised by how much force I have to apply to get them to stretch to secure my bike to the rack. You can aid in its attachment by heating the strap with a hair dryer. This will allow the strap to stretch so more.
