I need it for another application. Does the thread match a standard english bolt size 1/4inch and 20 thread count? A 1/4 20.

I have an answer for you. I reached out to my contact at Thule, and the only available information they have is that the Replacement 3-Wing Knob for Thule AirScreen Fairings # 753078315 screws into a 30mm hex-head bolt. Unfortunately, they do not have a thread count available for that particular knob.
