Question:
I have a 1967 vintage trailer and it needs a new jack, it is A-Frame style 3 bolts at 3inch center but lower hole is only 1-7/8inch diameter, top hole is 2-1/4. Do you carry anything with smaller diameter than 2.25inch that would work? Trailer is 1700 pounds, travel of 14 to 15 inches is good, need to clear 20inch to get on hitch.

I do have an option for you, but there is not an A-Frame trailer jack offered with a 1-7/8" or smaller outer tube diameter as 2-1/4" is the standard.
What you will need to do is replace your bottom support plate with the # JSP-100 instead as this has the 2-1/4" opening to match your upper hole.
Once that is done you can use any of the A-frame jacks as the 3 bolt 3" bolt pattern you have is standard, but based on the specifics you were looking for I recommend the Buyers Products A-Frame Jack w/ Support Foot # 3370091265. This jack has the 15" travel needed to clear the hitch on your tow vehicle and its higher 5,000lb rating will make it pretty easy to crank as your trailer is only 1,700lbs, but it will also cause it to never really be strained so it will last a long time.
I included videos of the products recommended for you to take a look at.
