Yes, we do sell replacement hardware for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13535 which is a fit for a 2003 Honda CR-V. In order to obtain this you'll need to order the Replacement Hardware Kit part # RHK. This comes with everything the hitch would have when new in regards to the hardware.
