I'm looking for a trailer hitch for my 2022 Kona, non electric. Which one works for me? I'm going to be using it for a bike rack.

For your application I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11529. Attached is a photo of this hitch installed on a 2020 Hyundai Kona, as well as an installation video and the installation instructions for you to check out as well.
When using this hitch for a bike rack, like the Thule Apex XT # TH9024XT, it's important to note that Curt says to use a stabilizer strap like part # 18050 to help minimize the movement of the rack during travel.
