Yes, there are a pair of options for a tonneau cover which are compatible with the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5955 that fits your 2019 Ram 2500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed. What you will need are one of the following:

- Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-KRD7833

- RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-60232

Both of these covers have T-slots which will allow you to mount the OverHaul rack and are superb tonneau covers, though between the two I recommend the UltraGroove # 311-KRD7833. The reason for that is it has a smaller canister than the Retrax (9-1/4" tall x 9-3/4" deep compared to 13-1/2" deep x 12" tall) so you'll have more of your Ram's truck bed available, and it has the best weather sealing as well to keep your bed dry.

Since it looks like you already have the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-59, the other thing you will need are the Yakima adapters to make it work with the cover, which are the following part:
