There are two Stealth Trailer Hitch options for a 2021 Subaru Outback, the Rack Receiver part # 391SUOB20 and Towing Receiver part # 391SUOB20T. The Rack Receiver is designed only for hitch mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. The Towing Receiver is designed to be used for towing; it comes with the ball mount, hitch ball, and wiring which is everything you need to tow. It also comes with a Rack Receiver if you need to use hitch mounted accessories as well. If you purchase the Rack Receiver and decide you need to tow you can purchase the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver part # 391CONVOC3.
