Does this base plate work with a blue ox BX4325 Aladdin Tow Bar. Is there a video installation for a 2010 Honda CR-V

Yes the etrailer base plate kit part # e98956 that you referenced is compatible with Blue Ox tow bars like the now discontinued Aladdin # BX4325 that you mentioned. We do not have an install video I can point you towards but I did attach a link to a set of install instructions for you to check out.
