Question:

Water temperature is not controlled. One minute its running hot, the next its cold. Not so nice when youre showering What to do to fix problem. Thanks

Thank you for your purchase from etrailer of the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR. There are a number of potential issues and there isn't an offering specifically I can give you that will immediately fix the problem. It is likely you will need a certified technician, but you can check a few different things.

It could be the propane supply, so you'll want to check the regulator is properly functioning first. Also ensure you are getting 12 volts at the water heater; if the voltage is low (possibly due to a poor ground) this can limit the functionality. A bad ground, in particular, can cause voltage spikes that would hamper the unit.

The best thing to do is call a certified technician, however, as they will be the only ones truly able to diagnose the issue.
