I have a different option for you, but there is not a Class IV hitch confirmed to fit your 1985 Dodge Van.
A Class III hitch is actually the most common hitch found on trucks, vans, and SUV's and should be perfect to match the towing capacity of your van, if not exceed the towing capacity of your vehicle.
I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13041 which has a 600lb tongue weight rating and 6000lb trailer weight rating, or 1000lb tongue weight rating and 10000lb trailer weight rating when using a weight distribution hitch. You will need to check the owner's manual of your van to confirm its towing capacity and use the lower rating between the vehicle and trailer hitch.
If you do not already have a vehicle wiring harness you will need to have one before towing a trailer. I recommend the # 18252.
I included a link to the written instructions of the # C13041 and an install video of the # 18252 for you to take a look at.
