Hello Kenzie, thanks for reaching out. We do offer a custom fit hitch for the 1995 Dodge 2500 Van. Take a look at the following:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13041
This will fit full size van models with the standard (non-step) bumper. Access holes will already be present on the frame, so it can be installed with no drilling. It has a 6,000 lb towing capacity and 600 lb tongue weight rating.
