I'm looking for a hitch for my 2021 Lexus IS 350 for my bike rack. Do you have any available?

We do have one hitch available for your 2021 Lexus IS 350 which is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11389. This Class I hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight of 2,000 lbs and tongue weight of 200 lbs. It also has a 1-1/4" receiver. Assuming your bike rack can fit this receiver this will work well for you.
According to the manufacturer, all non-trailer loads applied to this hitch must also use the Curt # 18050 stabilizer straps so you would need those as well. I have added an installation video on a similar Lexus for your reference.
