Does Adarac Ladder Rack A76ZR For 2017 Toyota Tacoma Come with All Needed Hardware

I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma double cab with 5 foot bed and an inside the rails tonneau cover. My understanding is that installing this ladder rack onto my truck requires drilling into the bed rails. Are the template and self tapping bolts needed for this included? Thanks.

All needed hardware to install the Adarac ladder rack part # A76ZR comes with it. That includes any bolts that would go through the bed rails. There is no template included or needed though.
