Dimensions For UWS 48" Standard Chest # UWS01022

Question:
What are the dimensions at the base of the box versus the lid of the box The spec only states one set of dimensions yet it is obvious that the lid overhangs the side of the box and is deeper and wider than the base. I really need to know both sets of dimensions

Base Length: 47"
Base Depth: 20"
Lid Length: 47-7/8"
Lid Depth: 20-11/16"
Height: 21-1/8"
