The AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress for SUVs and Full-Size Trucks - Tan # AB59FR is designed to be a universal fit in most full sized trucks and SUVs and has inflated dimensions of 60" long x 35-1/2" wide x 17-3/4" tall. You can measure your back seat area to determine how tight a fit it's going to be but we do not have specific fits for individual trucks and SUVs in this case. You can also deflate it slightly if it's too tight of a fit, but I don't believe that would be required for a full sized Silverado 1500.

If you check out the video review we did of this that I've attached to this answer, it was a Silverado 1500 crew cab similar to yours that was used to show the AirBedz in use.
