Will the brackets fit to the rail of the ARB

If you are referring to fitting the bracket to a t-slot channel on the ARB roof rack then I cannot verify fitment since we don't carry those roof racks, but most manufacturers do use a similar sized channel. That said, the Mounting Kit # RR31103 you were looking at is designed to allow a Rhino-Rack Batwing or Foxwing awning to fit the ARB tray via the included u-bolts. The u-bolts connect to the tubing and the brackets connect to the awning channel with t-bolts.
