Will part number RR574 fit my 2014 Tahoe roof rack?

Yes. The Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier - Locking - 8 Fishing Rods # RR574F has clamps that are designed to fit on square, round, aero and most factory crossbars as long as they're no larger than 3-1/2" wide and 1-1/2" tall.
If your factory crossbars are larger than that, let me know what the dimensions are and I can see if there is an alternative solution for you.
