Unfortunately, I can not find any info on the Tow-Me 5000 tow bar. You'll most likely need an adapter to attach it to any base plates of a different brand but since I can't find the any information on this tow bar I can't recommend an adapter.
I recommend uses a different tow bar like the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e34ZR to attach to your etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98952. This tow bar will not require an adapter and has a non-binding design which allows you to easily release your vehicle, even on unlevel ground. The adjustable head tilts up or down 3" to keep tow bar parallel with road during towing and shank has built-in 1-1/2" rise or drop for additional adjustability to help keep your tow bar level while towing.
I do want to note that the # e98952 is designed to fit the 4WD Trailhawk model of a 2015 Jeep Cherokee so if you have a different model let me know and I can find the correct base plate for your needs.
