Hi I have 10 k hydraulic brake dexter axels with the 7 bolt backing plate and the 12 1/4inch x 3 3/8inch brake shoes can it be converted over to these 12 1/4inch x 4inch shoes and which brake drum would fit mine I have the 5inch center hole with 8 mounting bolts they are the newer style drum # 009-123-01 . We actually have brake assemblies that are 12-1/4 inch by 3-3/8 inch for Dexter 10k axles like the part # 23-411 for the right hand side and # 23-410 for the left hand side. This would be your easiest and best solution that would bolt right up to your 7 bolt mounting pattern.
