Will The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13329 Fit My 2021 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid?

Question:
This hitch is approved for the 2021 Kia Niro, excluding the plug-in hybrid. I own the plug-in hybrid. What can you recommend?

Unfortunately at this time there are currently no Trailer Hitch Receivers that are confirmed to fit your 2021 Kia Niro that is a Plug-in Hybrid.
We have received 2 different reviews from users that have installed this receiver on their plug-in hybrid 2019 and 2020 Niros. One mentioned having to spread the the ends of the receiver mounts to get it to fit the frame. And the other mentioned having to drill new holes in the frame but it fit. While I can't recommend doing this it is being done as there is no custom fit option currently available.
