Will the TorkLift Trailer Hitch and Rear Camper Tie Down Fit a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel Exhaust

My truck has a large cone at the aft end of the exhaust pipe. There is not much clearance between the cone and the bumper. The Torklift R3502 tiedowns are specified for this hitch. Will these tiedowns clear the available gap?

If you have a factory diesel or gas exhaust then the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver part # TLC1206 will fit a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 New Body 6-1/2' Bed. Once installed, you can then install the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs part # TLR3500 which again will fit models with the factory exhaust.
If there are any aftermarket exhaust modifications, neither the hitch or tie-down would be confirmed.
