Will this fit a 2010 Audi S5 Cabriolet? is it straght bolt-on, or will I have to drill holes or alter the bodywork?

I reached out to my contact at Stealth Hitches and the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 391AUDA4A5S52T you were looking at is confirmed to fit your 2010 Audi S5 Cabriolet (Convertible).
The installation will not require drilling any holes as it will bolt on to the factory mounting locations, but you will need to trim the rear fascia in the location shown in the included diagram. You will need to use a Dremel or something similar as your vehicle has a stainless steel rear fascia that can be a little tricky to cut through.
